Spring Break Empowerment Program – for Girls 12-14

Join us for 5 days of empowerment, depth & connection.

Spend 5 days having tons of fun, feeling awesome in who you are, and learning about young womanhood. Together we build positive friendships, celebrate each other’s strengths, and see our beauty reflected in nature.

Program Themes*

Day 1: Sisterhood – Celebrating the many ways we are unified as girls and unique as individuals

Day 2: Body Love – Examining media’s portrayal of women and seeing the real beauty in diversity

Day 3: Our Awesome Bodies – Menstruation, emotional shifts and physical developments

Day 4: Sex & Sexuality – Navigating consent, relationships and social media

Day 5: Give Back Day – Volunteering in community and quality-time with our moms

Each day will include:

  • Honest conversations in our daily heart circles
  • 1-on-1 mentorship
  • Nature time
  • Art & creations
  • Games & challenges
  • Movement & dance

Details:

Ages: 12-14
Dates: March 25-29, 2019
Time: 9am-4pm. Supervision available 8:30am-5pm for an extra cost – please see below.
Location: Pacific Spirit Park & residence in Dunbar Area TBA

We invite mothers (or an auntie/grandma/significant woman in your daughter’s life) to join us on Friday March 29th 1-4pm.

Investment

$360 or bring a friend for 15% discount for both girls (about $300 each)
A non-refundable deposit of $60 required upon registration.
Extended supervision: 8:30-9am Mon-Fri $25, 4-5pm Mon-Fri $50

Option to pay installments: $60 upon registration, then $150 on March 1 and $150 on April 1. If you would like to create a different payment plan, simply contact us.
